Sprockets

Greetings all. Just got my Zero FX 31 December 22. Looking to go to a chain/sprockets rather than the belt for exploration. Has anyone tried different size sprockets from stock? Perhaps going one tooth larger up front to gain more top end? I figure that might drop the RPMs down at any given speed and maybe even improve range.

chains are loud and messy, they also stretch and need adjustment all the time especially with this much torque. look into a larger front or smaller rear pully and enjoy the silence and no maintenance. my Alta's (sm and mx) have chains and I didn't realize how loud they were until I got a zero. welcome to electric!
