Hello everyone,
I have been driving with an SR/S for a while now ( april 2022), but unfortunately I have a lot of problems with the motorcycle !
I use my motorcycle for home / work / home, so every day. I drive approximately 10,000 to 12,000 km per year.
Broken display, bent brake disc ( already 3 times !), high voltage broken, motherboard that faltered, broken seat inside, battery cells broken.
Ultimately, after months, Zero Benelux decided to recall the engine and take a look at it. I was told by my dealer that my brake discs are again bent and will be replaced, but that my steering head bearing also needs to be replaced! It has also been determined that the motorcycle does not drive straight. This may be due to a crooked frame.
They are going to look at all this now. After almost 2 years, she's going to check it out !
This is really scandalous, this is not customer friendly.
Zero, take responsibility. That motorcycle is stuck together with factory defects.
Offer me a fair alternative, I am willing to listen, but my patience has run out.
This has been going on for almost 2 years, and it can stop.
